About the Author

Parveen Kaur Lamba is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce, at Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College, University of Delhi. A commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce. Completed M.Com and M.Phil from Delhi University. She has experience of teaching undergraduate and post-graduate students for over 25 years. Her field of specialization and interest has been the papers of finance, marketing. She has always very keenly contributed to the corporate functioning of the department and the college with great interest and meaningfully participated in the conferences, workshops, seminars. After immense demand, encouraging comments of the first book which was titled “Advertising” she got the motivation to write on “Personal Selling and Salesmanship”. God has always blessed me and has added a special sparkle Evaan Singh Lamba to my life, to keep me energetic and always on my toes. Amanjot Kaur began her career in teaching as a guest lecturer in S.G.T.B. Khlalsa College and School of Open Learning, University of Delhi. She did her B.Com(H) from S.G.T.B. Khalsa College. She did her M.Com from Hansraj College, after M.Com, she qualified her NET. She was associated with E-PG Pathshala Project by UGC under the NMEICT Mission of MHRD, Govt. of India as a Project Associate in Commerce. Her field of specialization and interest has been in the papers of finance and marketing. Has participated in conferences, seminars, workshops. Suggestions and feedbacks are welcomed.
