About the Author

Dr. Renu Arora, Ph.D, M.Com and MBA, is a senior faculty in the Department of Commerce, Mata Sundri College for Women. She is an alumnus of the Daulat Ram College of University of Delhi and has 22 years of teaching experience. She is M.Com topper of University of Delhi, South Campus. She is the author of several books on ‘Business Laws’ and ‘Business and Industrial Laws’ both for CBCS and semester mode. She has contributed more than 20 research papers in reputed international and international journals. Her areas of special interest are Business Laws, Industrial Laws, Business Communication, Marketing, Advertising, and Risk Management.
